LAYAWAY PROGRAM

  • You must pay a minimum of $99 of the total purchase price in cash or by check at the time of purchase. ​
  • You must make THREE equal consecutive monthly​ payments beginning 30 days after you put your purchase on our layaway program.
  • The entire balance you owe must be paid in full within 90 days of the date you put your purchase on our layaway program.
  • ​Any payment you make on your layaway by a check that is returned to us by your bank for any reason will result in a $50.00 fee being added to your balance that is owed, and ALL future payments MUST then be paid in cash ONLY.
  • Should you not complete paying for your layaway within 90 days from the date you put your purchase on our layaway program you may exchange the merchandise you selected for an in-store credit equal to the amount you have paid up until that time less a 25% of the original purchase price restocking fee.
  • This in-store credit must be used within 6 months of the date of the original purchase date, because after 6 months from the original purchase date, and NO IN-STORE CREDIT will be honored- you will forfeit all monies previously paid.
  • ​Should you not pay as agreed according to the terms of this Lay-A-Way Agreement, you will forfeit all the monies paid to date.
